Such a nice atmosphere - gorgeous grounds and lovely to walk to from down the canal. Been here many a time for different occasions and always had excellent service. The food is great, they have a decent selection of wines, herbal teas, soft drinks etc. Always improving, having new things on the menu (had a salted caramel cruffin the last day - cross between muffin and croissant). Would recommend it here.

Large serving for lunch, perhaps too large for many. Fish pie was tasty, but the banoffee pie was deconstructed and didnt deliver the flavour you want from a traditional banoffee pie - sometimes the classics should remain as there were intended.
